The Community of Hope Health Clinic is a free and charitable clinic located in Pelham, Alabama. The clinic helps Shelby County, Alabama residents who are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines and do not have access to private insurance or government benefits including Medicare, Medicaid and VA Benefits.
